This is just an inquiry. Submitting this form does not guarantee that I will be offered a lease, membership, or any agreement to use office or meeting room space. This does not obligate Grand Traverse Business Suites L.L.C. to respond, approve, or offer space to me.
No contract is created. This form and any response to it doew not create a lease, rental agreement, or any other binding contract between me and Grand Traverse Business Suites L.L.C. A binding agreement will only exist when a separate written lease or agreement is signed by both parties.
No access is granted. Submitting this inquiry does not give me any right to enter, use, or occupy any office, meeting room, or other space until a signed lease or agreement is in place.
